Hi Nedontime,
Up through version 3.0.2 (3.0.3 was released a few days ago) manual adjustments did not automatically include a timestamp. The rationale for this was that they would typically be for after-the-fact time logging, and thus an automatic timestamp would not be accurate. However, over time it was become obvious that it's a better user experience to automatically timestamp everything, so nothing is without a timestamp. As of 3.0.3, these will be automatically timestamped. Having said that, if you want your manual adjustment entries to show up in the correct spot in your reports, you'll need to manually add a timestamp to them (or potentially change the timestamp if you're using the latest version). To do this tap a project from your project list, then on the project detail screen tap somewhere in the row that shows the total time (right under the "Time Entries:" header title, but to the right of the play/pause button), from the time entry list screen tap one of the manual adjustment entries you wish to add a timestamp to, then on the time entry detail screen tap the start time row (or the button to change the start time below it) and add a timestamp. Hope that helps, -- Charles |

Love the program
When I reviewed my overall projects report, I noticed that the adjusted times for various projects did not have dates. I need these to calculate charges for jobs (eg when I only want to charge for projects, after a specified date). Is this possible, or do adjusted times have no date reference? Cheers Almost perfectly happy user ![]() |

Hey Justaguy,
The version in development gets rid of un-timestamped time entries (i.e., it does what you suggest). Thanks for the suggestion, -- Charles |

If I made a positive time adjustment it would be nice if the software would at least log the date and time that the positive time adjustment was made. That would help when I'm going through my time logs reconstructing what happened for my invoices.
